(return travelers are considered to be any clinician that has taken an assignment at ANY location & is re-applying anywhere within the OSU umbrella) - Travelers who reach the one-year max contract limit are not eligible for extensions or future assignments. - Candidates who reside within a 50-mile radius of the care site address are not eligible. Current contractors who are already within the 50-mile radius may complete their existing contract and extend up to the one-year maximum contract limit. We are seeking candidates who are experienced with all areas of the department, which include: Decontamination of all items (Drills, Davinci, scopes, Assembly of all instruments in all service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging included) Sterilization process (sterrad and steam) HLD/ Scope experience Sterile Storage OR Liaison experience Censitrac Tracking system experience Will accept either CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM). OSU is a Level One trauma facility that is extremely busy and requires 3+ years of experience in a facility similar to OSU.
