Core Responsibilities
Builds IVR call flows, routing strategies, APIs, CTI integrations, and middleware
Implements omnichannel capabilities: chat, email, SMS, and digital messaging
Agile/Scrum required; cloud platform experience preferred
Contact Center Experience
Hands-on experience on CCaaS platforms - MUST BE Five9
Proficient in IVR/IVA development: VXML, call flow scripting, TTS/ASR integration, DTMF handling
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics) and WFM platform data feeds
