Becton Dickinson seeks a Content Marketing Associate to develop and execute digital content and omnichannel campaigns supporting surgeon education and commercial growth for the GalaFLEX portfolio within the Advanced Repair & Reconstruction platform. This early-career role combines content creation, website management, social media coordination, and cross-functional project execution in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-centered content translating clinical and product information for plastic surgeons
• Create and manage social media content calendar, monitor engagement, and analyze performance data
• Maintain and update website content within CMS platforms following governance and accessibility standards
• Support integrated campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teams
• Assist with MLR submissions, version control, and content library organization for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• At least 2 years of content marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills for premium markets
• Basic understanding of digital content, SEO, and social media best practices
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating writing, content creation, and messaging hierarchy
• Project management fundamentals and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with content management systems, MarTech platforms, and regulated healthcare workflows
